5+ years' experience building native iPhone / iPad applications with at least 1 application in the Apple App Store is required 

6+ years' experience building enterprise Java or .NET applications 

Demonstrated ability developing with Objective-C, iOS SDK, and XCode is required 

Familiarity with agile software development 

Understanding of recommended design patterns and architectures 

Excellent problem solving skills, creativity, and a strong demonstrated interest in mobile is highly desired 

Experience with web services, JSON and XML 

Proven ability to mentor junior developers and conduct design and code reviews 

Experience with Apple's iOS Human Interface Guidelines 

Passionate about bringing the best UX experience for app users
