Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- At least 7+ years experience in software development
- At least 7+ years Java/J2EE Development experience
- At least 5+ year Spring Boot /Microservices experience
- At last 5 years AWS experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- 5+ years experience in Agile practices
