Job Description

We are looking for an experienced STIBO Developer with strong expertise in STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) to design, develop, and support enterprise MDM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in STIBO STEP development, data modeling, workflows, integrations, and Java-based customizations.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience with STIBO STEP MDM
  • Strong experience in STIBO STEP configuration and development
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, workflows, business rules, and product data management
  • Experience integrating STIBO with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or other enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and SQL
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize STIBO STEP MDM solutions
  • Configure data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces
  • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications
  • Develop Java-based extensions and custom components
  • Support data migration, data quality, and governance initiatives
