Large Telecommunication Client (one of the big 4 carriers). Company will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.

Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This is a full-time onsite (40 hours/week) contract position. You will be joining the Engineering team.

Qualifications

Mandatory & Preferred Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in Java Web Development (internship work is considered, however college projects do not count).
  • Create new Web Services
  • Experience in developing and maintaining SOAP and REST services and web application using JAVA, J2EE, JSon, JQuery, JUnit, Spring
  • Knowledge of Spring Framework is a must
  • Experience using Apache CXF, Axis2 framework for WebServices
  • Able to manipulate back end Oracle DB with expertise in CRUD operations
  • Work on Web Service APIs
  • Experience in Analysis/Design/Manipulation/Clean up processes
  • Working Knowledge in JavaScript preferred
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant IT field (Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems and such) is preferred.
