Role Overview

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer / Application SME to lead and take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines full-stack Java development with application ownership, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical business applications, providing technical leadership while driving application stability, modernization, and continuous improvement.
