Type: W2 position

Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager Technology specializing in Java Microservices-based Architecture with extensive experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and incorporating emerging technologies and trends including Generative AI (GenAI) for strategic innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, technical leads, and architects across projects.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Act as a thought leader, coaching team members toward achieving technical excellence and organizational goals.
  • Represent the technology vision with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Track record of leading mid-to-large-sized technical teams (15+ members) and ensuring end-to-end accountability in deliverables and client management.
Tactical Implementations:
  1. Full Stack Solution Design and Delivery:
    • Architect and deliver enterprise-grade, scalable microservices using Java-based technologies (Java 8 and above) and frameworks like Spring boot and reactive architecture patterns
    • Apply advanced programming expertise, including Solid Principles, multithreading, reactive programming and data structure optimizations.
    • Ensure seamless integration of event-driven architectures using technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent cloud messaging.
    • Lead API development leveraging REST/GraphQL standards and incorporate security best practices (OAuth 2.0, API Gateways, IAM).
    • Experience in specific solution patterns and products on one or more business verticals like Finance / Retail / Telecom / Travel & Hospitality etc.
    • Experience in Full Stack technologies like React JS is a plus.
    • Experience in Python is a plus
  2. Cloud and DevOps Expertise:
    • Drive cloud-native designs and deployments on platforms like AWS /Azure / Google Cloud Platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
    • Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent and oversee infrastructure setup via Terraform or similar tools.
    • Introduce efficient monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using cloud-based ecosystem and /Or ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog etc.
    • Enhance system reliability and scalability using modern cloud services and incident monitoring setups.
  3. Database Expertise:
    • Ensure robust database management with proficiency in SQL & NoSQL systems like MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL, or others.
    • Implement efficient data modeling and scaling strategies, ensuring overall system performance.
  4. Generative AI Integration for Delivery Optimization:
    • Leverage Generative AI to enable automation in the development lifecycle, generate insights, and optimize project delivery.
    • Identify use cases where GenAI can drive efficiencies in tactical projects, innovation streams, and day-to-day team workflows.
    • Automate processes ranging from code generation to efficiency optimizations in software pipelines.
