These professionals are typically responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. To qualify for an H1B visa, a Java developer must usually have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and a job offer from a U.S. employer. The employer must also sponsor the visa petition on the developer’s behalf.
