Job Description
The Rule Engine Architect will design, develop, and govern enterprise decision services using Drools BRMS, leveraging DRL, Decision Tables, and DMN to build scalable, high-performance rule models. The role involves architecting integration patterns with Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs, while optimizing rule execution through Rete algorithm tuning and caching strategies. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in Drools, Java, KIE Workbench, and CI/CD, with strong collaboration, governance, and mentoring skills.

Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
