Required Education and Experience:

  •  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  •  3-5 years' experience with current and emerging technologies.

 Mandatory Software Experience:

  • Proven hands on experience with Java coding
  • Professional experience with maintenance and modernization
  • Professional Experience using Scrum/ agile methodology.
  • Experience with an Oracle/ PL SQL database.
  •  Experience with legacy systems is a bonus, but not a requirement.

Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents those programs.

 Position Summary: Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks, leads and directs the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
