| About the Role |
The company imports popular Japanese food products and distributes them to grocery retailers across the U.S. After successfully building a strong foundation in its first year, the company is now entering an exciting growth phase.
We are seeking a Japanese (business level) and English bilingual Route Sales Representative to manage client relationships in the New Jersey and New York area.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines relationship management, product delivery, and merchandising. You will manage your own route and build relationships with clients while working closely with a supportive team. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

Visit assigned retail stores regularly (mainly NYC area)
Manage shelves (stocking, organizing, merchandising displays)
Deliver products and coordinate restocking
Communicate with store managers and staff (primarily in English)
Introduce new products and conduct basic product presentations
Take orders and coordinate with internal teams
Perform basic data entry and prepare sales-related materials

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid drivers license (driving required)
