Position Summary:

We areย seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support duringย parentalย leave. This roleย is responsible forย helping manage the employee lifecycle, from recruiting through offboarding, while ensuring the HR department continues toย operate smoothly across multiple U.S. and international offices.ย Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, the HR Coordinator will support recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, leave administration, HRIS maintenance, and general HR administration. The role will alsoย assistย with recurring administrative projects, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of annual HR initiatives.ย 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, thrives on organization, and is interested in gaining broad exposure across all areas of Human Resources within a growing global organization.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment administration, includingย drafting job posts,ย postingย roles, schedulingย interviewsย andย maintainingย ourย applicant tracking systemย 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuringย timelyย completion of documentation, HRIS updates,ย some onboardingย coordinationย &ย cross-functional communicationย 
  • Maintainย accurateย documentation within BambooHRย andย employee personnel filesย 
  • Assistย withย HRย administrationย ofย theย employeeย lifecycleย 
  • Coordinate recurring HR processes including training assignments, document retention, complianceย tracking,ย andย signedย acknowledgementsย 
  • Provide administrative support for annual HR initiatives including performance reviews, Open Enrollment,ย trainingย compliance,ย andย otherย year-end projectsย 
  • Support calendar management, meetingย coordination,ย and expense reporting for the HR Operations Managerย ย
