Location: Compton, CA

We are expanding our team due to continued business growth and are looking for a motivated Japanese Bilingual Account Specialist / Customer Service Representative.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy customer service, logistics, and operations while building a long-term career in the logistics industry.
After completing comprehensive training, you will manage approximately three customer accounts (primarily in Japanese) and serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.
During the training period, you will also gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations to better understand logistics processes and provide effective solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Provide customer service in Japanese and English
- Coordinate shipments with vendors and carriers
- Communicate with the Japan headquarters
- Process shipping and receiving orders
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Monitor inventory movements
- Update operational data and internal systems
- Support warehouse operations as needed
- Perform picking, packing, labeling, and inventory-related tasks during training and when operationally required
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Professional-level Japanese language proficiency
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Experience using Excel functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTable is highly preferred
- Customer service, logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs when necessary
- Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
Schedule:Monday–Friday  8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Compensation:Annual Salary: $43,000–$45,000 (DOE)
