  • Receive inquiries from Corporate Clients via email and phone in English and Japanese.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Input customer data and inquiry information into proprietary system.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide set up service support and troubleshooting issues to the American partner bank.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage and input the billing database for the purpose of generating invoices.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with our back\-office operations, Deposit & Clearing, and Investigations departments for wire transfer issues and inquiries.<\/span>

  • Solve problems along with our product team to assist in resolving issues.<\/span>

  • Develop good knowledge of bank on\-line banking products to provide assistance, support and customer service to the sales team and corporate banking relationship managers.<\/span>

  • Develop strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures in order to effectively execute processes.<\/span>

    • At least 2 years of comparable or relevant customer service experience, preferably in banking\/financial services industry.<\/span>

    • Bilingual Japanese language skills preferred.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Good time management skills to handle large volumes of customer inquiries.<\/span>
