The Line Cook plays an essential role as part of the culinary team, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork to support the smooth operation of the traditional kitchen.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Execute the preparation and cooking of all menu items
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Performing all required opening, closing, and routine operational procedures.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and company regulations.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
