Job description

IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR LINE COOKS, MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY-SUNDAY, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, TRAINING AVAILABLE.

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Gyotaku Japanese Restaurant working in the noodles and tenpura stations. Our restaurant prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences through quality food and outstanding service. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, plus tips, based on experience. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with shifts in the morning and evening.

Line Cook Pay Grades (Plus approximately $2 to $4 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts)

  • Cook III - Trainee through ability to work 1 station expertly $16 - $18/hr.

  • Cook II - Ability to work 2-3 stations expertly $17 - $19/hr.

  • Cook I - Ability to work 4 stations expertly $18 - $20/hr.
