Inventory Visibility Across Channels

• Keep real-time tabs on inventory across DTC platforms, retail, wholesale, and B2B accounts

• Build and standardize coordination processes with 3PL partners and internal teams

• Spot bottlenecks, fix them, and make sure they stay fixed

• Help establish operating rhythms as the NA business scales

Requirements

What You Bring

• Solid hands-on experience in fulfillment ops, 3PL coordination - supply chain is a nice to have

• Direct experience managing 3PL relationships: daily coordination, issue resolution, holding partners accountable

• Worked across multiple channel types — DTC, B2C, B2B — and understand how fulfillment and inventory needs differ across them

• Comfortable with inbound logistics, customs clearance, kitting/postponement, and returns/refurbishment flows

• Can track inventory across channels and know what to do when things go sideways

• Able to work across Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience without needing a lot of hand-holding

• Familiar with ERP systems, WMS or TMS tools, and/or retailer or other platform portals

• You operate independently and collaborate cross-functionally
