We are seeking motivated individuals to join our advanced manufacturing team as CNC & Tooling Technicians.

This role offers a structured career development program, where you will be trained in:

  • CNC machining
  • Mold assembly (tooling)

【Career Development Path】

If you are willing to accept training arrangements in Taiwan and/or Japan, the future career development and annual salary growth path is as follows:


Level: Level 1

Position: Technician

Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000


Level: Level 2

Position: Senior Technician

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000


Level: Level 3

Position: Junior CNC Engineer

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000


Compensation is based on performance and progression within the program. You will receive continuous training and mentorship to progress through these levels.


【Key Responsibilities】

CNC Machining

  • Operate CNC milling machines (3-axis / 5-axis), EDM, wire-EDM
  • Perform basic setup and tool changes
  • Load/unload materials and monitor machining processes
  • Assist with CAM program execution

Tooling & Mold Assembly

  • Perform mold assembly and fitting (Tool & Die work)
  • Conduct precision hand finishing (grinding, polishing)
  • Support mold troubleshooting and adjustment
  • Assist in mold testing and validation

Quality & Process Support

  • Perform basic measurements and inspections with CMM
  • Follow SOP and manufacturing standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives


【Qualifications】

We welcome candidates with strong interest in manufacturing engineering.

Required:

  • Associate Degree in Manufacturing Technology or Mechanical Technology
  • Strong interest in manufacturing or mechanical work
  • Willingness to learn CNC machining and tooling
  • Ability to work in a hands-on environment
  • Can join the training program in Taiwan and/or Japan for first few months.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Basic machining or mechanical experience
  • Experience with tools or equipment

No prior CNC machining experience is required. Training will be provided.
