Job description

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team in the Triad market (Greensboro/Winston-Salem). If you're a proven sales leader who excels at coaching teams, driving new business, and building a high-performance culture, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact while earning exceptional compensation.
You will lead a team of Sales Associates and Sales Executives, helping them hit ambitious growth goals while continuing to build your own book of business and strategic client relationships.
This role is a great fit for someone with a background in B2B sales leadership, business development, outside sales, commercial services, facilities services, janitorial services, or another service-based industry.
What you'll do:
- Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team.
- Drive new business growth through accountability, pipeline management, and consistent performance coaching.
- Set sales goals and track KPIs to ensure the team hits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and regular performance reviews.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train top sales talent for the Triad market.
- Oversee CRM usage for accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and activity tracking.
- Partner with Operations on renewals, contract expansions, and competitive bids.
- Continuously refine sales processes and training to improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Proven success leading a B2B sales team, including direct management of sales reps.
- Strong track record of coaching sales professionals to exceed revenue goals.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the Triad market.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
