What You’ll Do (Your Mission) As the Account Manager for the Kershaw County School District, you will be the primary Facilities Leader for a cluster of schools totaling nearly 500,000 cleanable square feet. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 40 employees. Your day-to-day will involve managing labor budgets in Google Sheets, conducting site audits, and maintaining "honey-over-vinegar" relationships with school administrators. As the Operations Supervisor, you will ensure that our service delivery is consistent, cost-effective, and safe, especially during our high-intensity summer cleanup programs.
