Job description

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people.
Our company is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor. This supervisor will be responsible for managing employees involved in the maintenance and cleaning of facilities. Supervisory experience in the janitorial field is preferred. Salary based on experience in janitorial, custodial, or a related field.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organization, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Experience with all aspects of the Janitorial field, including Striping & waxing.
• Ability to train and supervise part-time and full-time employees at various locations.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Ability to work extended hours and meet the physical demands of work.
Benefits:
• Full Time
• Pay rate $19.00/hr
• Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8am -5pm (Monday - Friday)
