Job description

We are a leading services company searching for a Bilingual-Spanish Onsite Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations for a school district environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Good communication and building a relationship with the customer to address needs
  • Supervise and manage staff and address all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Recruiting, hiring and training staff
  • Ability to train and communicate effectively in English and Spanish is required
  • And other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory and account management experience required
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must pass criminal background check and fingerprinting, drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed
  • Physical requirements include but not limited to, actively walking
  • Fingerprinting/Criminal Background check required
  • Drug Screen required
  • Clear MVR (motor vehicle record) for past 3 years
