Janitor / Cleaner / Housekeeper

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Day Porter to help maintain a high-end apartment community. This is not just a cleaning job—this role is about creating an environment residents are proud to call home.

You’ll be the face of cleanliness during the day, ensuring common areas stay spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep lobbies, hallways, amenities, and common areas clean and presentable throughout the day
  • Monitor and maintain restrooms, fitness centers, and shared spaces
  • Pick up trash and debris around the property (interior & exterior)
  • Respond quickly to spills, messes, or maintenance-related cleaning needs
  • Assist with light cleaning tasks like wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and glass cleaning
  • Communicate with property management and Night Owl leadership on any issues or needs

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
