Job description

Job Description:
We are Omnissa!
Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, built to support flexible, secure, work-from anywhere experiences. We integrate industry-leading solutions-including Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance-into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. Our platform boosts employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost.
Guided by our Core Values-Act in Alignment, Build Trust, Foster Inclusiveness, Drive Efficiency, and Maximize Customer Value-we're growing rapidly and committed to delivering meaningful impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of work, we'd love to hear from you.
At Omnissa, we are committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and secure hiring process for all candidates. As part of this approach, we use standard interview and verification practices designed to ensure alignment and protect both candidates and the organization. These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy.
What is the opportunity?
The Product Adoption team partners closely with Omnissa Product, Technical Field, and our customers to accelerate and incubate the adoption of new solutions. Our mission is to deliver customer-ready products that align with real-world needs, harness operational and deployment insights to refine best practices, and drive innovation through the development of prototypes and tooling. As an Adoption Product Manager, you will act as the strategic and technical bridge between core product development and real-world deployment. You will ensure new features are enterprise-ready by embedding deep technical expertise into the product lifecycle from early inception through scaled customer rollout.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Incubation & Beta Management: Orchestrate the formal lifecycle of incubating new products from inception through beta, managing complex internal/external test groups to collect actionable feedback and deliver hundreds of pre-release bug fixes before General Availability (GA).
  • Product Partnership: Partner directly with Product Owners during early-stage ideation, translating real-world deployment constraints, client health challenges, and security baseline demands into core product requirements.
  • Scalable Field Enablement: Author comprehensive deployment guidance, standard operating procedures, training workflows, and documentation to enable external support structures (PS, CS, and Account Teams) to successfully manage downstream customer deployments.
  • Lighthouse Program Execution: Manage relationships with high-value Premier enterprise customers, tracking deployment telemetry and diagnosing high-impact operational blockers.
  • Technical Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) on enterprise-wide adoption blockers-such as software packaging issues, enrollment failures, and third-party security tool conflicts-to build permanent remediations into the product roadmap.
  • Agile Program Leadership: Apply Scrum/Agile methodologies to traditionally rigid infrastructure processes, running team ceremonies to enhance delivery predictability and cross-functional accountability across product, engineering, and security programs.

What will you bring to Omnissa?
  • Enterprise Endpoint Management Expertise: Strong hands-on engineering or architectural background utilizing Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and/or Microsoft Intune.
  • Scale & Lifecycle Architecture: Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint fleets (e.g., environments with 10K+ to 30K+ physical endpoints, multi-platform systems, or complex VDI/DaaS integrations).
  • Modern Policy & Profile Design: Direct experience designing and deploying modern device management configurations, including Configuration Service Providers (CSPs), custom SyncML profiles, ADMx-backed policies, and cloud-based device provisioning (e.g., Autopilot, zero-touch deployment).
  • Data-Driven Troubleshooting: Demonstrated capability to diagnose complex ecosystem health issues, software update workflows, and infrastructure dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications & Special Considerations
  • Legacy Co-Management Expertise: Extensive background with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), specifically managing task sequences, application supersedence, and modern co-management attachment strategies.
  • Apple Ecosystem Management at Scale: Strong capability administering macOS/iOS fleets via Jamf Pro, with deep knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Jamf Connect, and custom scripting/packaging tools. Jamf certifications (200, 300, or equivalent) are highly valued.
  • Identity & Security Architecture Integration: Familiarity aligning endpoint management with robust security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF) and enterprise identity/access control providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, Duo, or ADFS).

Location: USA
Location Type: remote
Travel Expectations: None
Education: Educational background in Computer Engineering, Business Admin, or a related technical program.
Compensation: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $173,887 - $362,250 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
