As an Endpoint Platform Staff Engineer, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and management of mobile device management solutions across a large-scale enterprise environment. You will ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices, applications, and data across various platforms such as macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, etc. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our mobile operations ensuring security policies, compliance standards, and performance are maintained.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

    • Establish secure-by-default device baselines across all platforms

  • Extensive experience architecting, designing, deploying, and managing large-scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and enterprise MDM platforms
  • Strong automation and platform engineering expertise
    • Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, Python, and hands-on scripting
    • Implementation with Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, and configuration-as-code workflows in production using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep understanding of endpoint and mobile security ecosystems
    • iOS, Android, macOS and Windows security frameworks
    • MAM, MCM, and MTD solutions
    • Encryption, VPN, Endpoint protection, and IAM (SAML, OAuth)
    • Strong API integration experience across identity (e.g., Okta), IAM, and broader security systems
  • Experience with data governance, privacy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, including defining, tracking, and improving measurable operational KPIs
  • Experience with FleetDM for device management, security monitoring, and infrastructure visibility across macOS, Android iOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Lead and mentor junior engineers
    • Drive cross-functional initiatives such as managing projects across multiple departments in the organization
    • Operate effectively in fast-paced environments
    • Participate in on-call rotations and occasional after-hours support as needed

The applicable salary range for this position is $146,000-$182,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
