ICE Endpoint Solutions is responsible for every macOS, iOS and iPadOS endpoint globally.  Device Enrollment/Provisioning, operating system updates/upgrades, security patches, software and configurations fall within the purview of our remit. Endpoint Solutions works closely with multiple Information Technology groups within the organization to ensure proper and compliant operations of endpoints.

 

Endpoint Solutions - Engineering is responsible for the implementation of new technologies and platforms to manage, maintain and keep in compliance with our global Apple device fleet. The "EPS-Engineering" team is responsible for staying current with industry trends and making recommendations for new platforms or configuration changes in existing ones to ensure an efficient and secure environment for endpoints.

As an Engineer in Endpoint Solutions - Engineering, you will help manage and secure over 20,000 endpoints globally, ensuring business continuity and user productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement endpoint management systems and infrastructure
  • Support production operations in a 24/7 environment
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support
  • Lead and complete projects with guidance from senior team members
  • Stay current with industry trends and leverage new technologies

Knowledge and Experience

  • This role requires not only hands-on expertise in Apple systems but also the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and script Apple workflows using tools such as Jamf, Intune, or other MDM platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with the management and optimization specifically of macOS via Apple's Mobile Device Management protocols (macOS, iOS and iPadOS)
  • Desktop Management Systems - 3+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management infrastructure tools such as Jamf and Intune.
  • Patch Management - Experience in software and OS patch management.
  • Scripting - Some experience with management and automation scripting in Z Shell and Bash. Should be comfortable performing tasks from the command line.
  • Identity and Access - Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Apple's Single Sign-On Extension framework, and Platform SSO for macOS to support secure sign-in, conditional access, and a streamlined user experience.
  • Apple Enrollment and Provisioning - Experience with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and zero-touch provisioning workflows for enterprise Apple devices.

Desirable Skills

  • Jamf 300 or 400 certification.
  • Familiarity with integrating Jamf Pro and Microsoft Entra for device compliance and access control workflows.
  • Experience managing creative workflow tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Logic Pro, and similar applications.
  • Experience supporting mobile and web application development workflows for end users.
  • College degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience & familiarity with industry standard desktop engineering tools and practices.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Now and Change/Incident Management practices.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
