Job Summary
We are looking for an individual to join our client's team as Administrative Assistant - Jail Operations. You will support within the correctional facility. Responsibilities include data management, reporting, scheduling, training coordination, preparing presentations, and general office support to help ensure efficient daily jail operations.
Job Description
  • Utilizes Microsoft Excel and Access to manage and maintain data.
  • Creates complex PowerPoint presentations and develops charts and graphs using information from various databases.
  • Assists with training class scheduling and ensures proper classroom setup.
  • Creates and distributes surveys as needed.
  • Provides general administrative support, including answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills Required
  • 2 years relevant experience required.
Education/Training/Certifications
  • Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
Additional Requirements
  • Some one that is flexible in shifts is ideal as shifts might change
  • Must provide two forms of identification, including at least one government-issued ID
  • PREA and DOC are required
Pay Rate
  • $37- $43 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
