About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and care for flower pots and garden beds, ensuring optimal plant health.
  • Monitor soil moisture levels and apply appropriate watering techniques.
  • Prune, deadhead, and fertilize plants as needed to promote growth.
  • Identify and manage pests and diseases using sustainable practices.
