IWBI is on a mission to create healthier buildings and organizations for people everywhere, and to convene the global community of experts making that happen. We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own our content engine from strategy through execution, building the core content and demand gen funnels that grow the WELL community and put our clients' stories in the spotlight. You'll bring sharp video and storytelling instincts, fluency with the latest AI tools, and hands-on HubSpot expertise, partnering closely with our global sales team to turn campaigns into pipeline.

  • Full-Funnel Content Strategy: Own content strategy from TOFU to conversion, translating business goals into a content roadmap that grows the WELL community and fuels pipeline.
  • AI-Forward Content Practice: Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and workflows, embedding AI-assisted ideation, production and distribution into the content engine to scale output without sacrificing brand voice.
  • Video Production & Storytelling: Lead ideation, scripting, filming and editing of video content for social and other platforms.
  • Channel Content Development: Create marquee content and derivative assets for our core content pillars, including guides, tutorials, articles, videos, webinars, case studies and thought leadership. 
  • Customer & Client Storytelling: Identify and elevate customer stories and case studies, turning real-world outcomes into content that brings new people into the WELL movement.
  • Mission & Category Storytelling: Partner with IWBI thought leaders to craft narratives that advance IWBI's broader mission to create healthier buildings and organizations, and position IWBI as the global convener of healthy building experts.
  • Content-Driven SEO Strategy: Develop and execute an SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and search authority around our core mission topics.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Manage integrated campaigns from concept through launch, partnering with the global sales team to convert inbound prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
NOTE: Finalists may be asked to complete a brief (2-3 hour) assignment to assess practical skills and execution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy and video production.
  • Experience working within HubSpot or other CRMs.  
  • Strong video storyboarding, production and editing skills. 
  • An agile, self & results-driven approach to each project. 
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities & timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A passion for creating and building.
