Job description

Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the-art clinic offering a wide variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced fertility technologies, is looking for a 3rd Party Specialist to join our team at our Bellevue or Seattle location.
This position has comprehensive responsibility in providing support and assistance to the PNWF Donor Team. The candidate we are seeking has excellent customer service skills; works well independently and in a team environment; has a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail; possesses a commitment to personal development; and has strong ability to function as a resource for the organization.
General Duties:
โ€ข Cooperates with annual internal audits.
โ€ข Follows protocols established for organization of multiple programs and responsibilities.
โ€ข Coordinates with patients, egg donors, and gestational carriers, in person, verbally, and in writing.
โ€ข Perform time sensitive administrative duties such as same day lab result follow up via phone, email and fax
โ€ข Assist patients with completion of forms for grants, pharmacy requests, prior authorizations and other items as needed
โ€ข Scheduling patient visits and assistance with arranging testing at clinic and outside locations, both domestic and international
โ€ข Assists with donor recruiting efforts.
โ€ข Maintains relationships with other fertility clinics, Ob/Gyn offices, and donor agencies to promote partnerships and referrals.
โ€ข Assists with other duties within the donor program as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
โ€ข College graduate
โ€ข Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service
โ€ข Preference for candidates with prior experience working in a clinic based setting
โ€ข Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, ASRM guidelines, and FDA regulations a plus
โ€ข Demonstrated success in detail-intensive and tech savvy work
โ€ข Experienced in EMR, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; SharePoint and Medical Billing Software a plus
โ€ข Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
