Job description

An exciting opportunity awaits you with Reproductive Partners Medical Group, a leading fertility practice in Southern California! Our Long Beach location is seeking a full-time, In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Coordinator. This role is an important part of our team and either an MA, LVN, or RN is required for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures and early pregnancy.
  • Educate patients for signs and symptoms of complications to procedures and medication.
  • Coordinates the completion of any necessary infertility diagnostic testing and creates a treatment calendar to assist patient in following the prescribed protocol.
  • Clearly document plan of care with attention to detail using an EMR system.
  • Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform phlebotomy.
  • Pre-Op patients for surgical procedures such as hysteroscopy, D & C, and egg retrievals.
  • The applicant must be a team player. They must be able to work effectively and communicate amongst all members of the health care team to provide continuity of care.
  • Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Must have one of the following: Active California RN license, or an active LVN license, or a Medical Assistant Certification
  • New grads welcome! We are very willing to train the right candidate; experience in Women's Health Care is a bonus but not required.
  • Previous IVF or Women's Health related experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday with rotation of weekends and holidays as needed
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn

This role pays between $28 - $50 an hour, depending on licensure/certification (MA/LVN/RN). We also offer great benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.).
