Arrive Health & Wellness is a wellness-focused Management Services Organization (MSO) supporting RNs who want to provide IV vitamin therapy, vitamin injections, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics within a compliant and supportive structure.


Our mission is to help providers grow, thrive, and deliver high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining flexibility and building their own business under the supervision of a Medical Director/PC.


Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial, wellness-minded RNs who want to build (or expand) their own IV therapy, wellness, and/or aesthetics practice as 1099 independent contractors.

Important Note This Is Not a Consulting or Remote-Only Role


This opportunity is for hands-on, in-field client care.

It is NOT:

  • A consulting role
  • A supervisory NP/PA role
  • A remote-only or telehealth-only position

Providers will perform IV insertions, injections, client assessments, and other in-person wellness services.

This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial nurses who want to build and grow their own wellness business.


Arrive provides the legal and compliant foundationincluding Medical Director oversight, protocols, training, education, compliance support, EMR, and ongoing administrative guidancebut we do not provide clients or guaranteed leads.


Providers are responsible for building and maintaining their own client base through networking, referrals, community outreach, social media, marketing, and other business development efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide IV therapy, vitamin injections, regenerative medicine, and/or aesthetics

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity (not W-2).


For California: Option for 51%/49% MD/Nurse Ownership.


Providers may choose from two compensation models:


Option 1: Commission Model

Option 2: Flat-Fee Model


Earning Potential: $1,000$60,000+ per month

Income varies based on your client volume, services offered, schedule, territory, and business growth. The sky is the limit!


Requirements

  • Active RN license in UT, TX, MI, FL, or CA
  • Strong IV insertion skills preferred
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
  • Interest in integrative, functional, and/or aesthetic wellness highly encouraged
  • Comfortable operating independently with remote MD oversight
  • Must be willing to provide hands-on, in-person care
