Now hiring RNs - Competitive Pay + Flexible Schedules

CareBridge Health Staffing Solutions Agency is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality nursing services. 

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive nursing assessment and ongoing resident evaluations

- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered

- Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify physicians as needed

- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans 

- Supervise and delegate duties to LPNs and CNAs

- Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions 

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

- Participate in admission, transfers, and discharge planning 

- Communicate effectively with residents families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members 

Requirements

- Current, active RN license in the State of Florida

- Current CPR/BLS certifications 

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program

- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred 

- Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Assisted Living experience preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
