About the Role
We're seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about preventative care and excited to practice in a setting that goes beyond traditional sick care. We are hiring a part-time IV Therapy Nurse to support the daily operations of our clinic while delivering exceptional intravenous vitamin infusion services and an outstanding client experience. The right candidate is someone who is confident with a needle, genuinely warm with clients, and takes real pride in delivering a safe, high-quality experience every time.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role at the heart of what we do. You'll be starting IVs, administering injections, supporting daily clinic operations, and making sure every client feels cared for from the moment they walk in.
What You'll Do
Clinical Care & Client Experience
  • Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments
  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout services
  • Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately
  • Provide education to clients regarding therapies, memberships, and wellness services
  • Create a welcoming, professional environment and build genuine rapport with every client
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience that promotes loyalty and long-term relationships
  • Address client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally
  • Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement
  • Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention initiatives
Sales & Client Retention
  • Promoting clinic services, memberships, and wellness programs
  • Drive clinic sales performance through relationship-based selling and client education
  • Partner with the Clinic Director to implement local marketing, referral, and retention strategies
Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly
  • Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
  • Track, restock, and organize inventory; maintain cleanliness and order in all clinical areas
  • Support client scheduling and overall clinic efficiency
Clinic Operations & Support
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations
  • Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies
  • Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency

  • Work closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Director to support daily priorities and team goals

Qualifications
  • Active RN License - required
  • IV Therapy Certification - required
  • CPR/BLS certification - required
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification - preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of vascular access or infusion experience
  • Previous sales, membership, retail healthcare, hospitality, or client retention experience preferred
