Position Summary
Optimize U is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys building relationships with patients and has an interest in wellness, longevity, preventative medicine, and aesthetics.
The ideal candidate is confident starting IVs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to be part of a growing clinic.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV nutrient therapies and intramuscular injections.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- Monitor patients during treatments and respond appropriately to adverse events.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness services.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies.
- Assist providers with patient care as needed.
- Maintain inventory and treatment rooms.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in through follow-up.
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong IV insertion or phlebotomy skills (required - additional on-site training provided)
- Experience in wellness, infusion therapy, med spa, or urgent care, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
