  • About the Role:

    The Registered Nurse IV Hydration plays a critical role in delivering specialized intravenous hydration therapy to patients in a clinical setting. This position focuses on assessing patient hydration needs, administering IV fluids safely and effectively, and monitoring patient responses to treatment to ensure optimal outcomes. The nurse collaborates closely with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients to develop and implement individualized care plans. Additionally, the role involves educating patients and their families about hydration therapy and related health maintenance.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
    • Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Demonstrated experience in intravenous therapy and patient hydration management.
    • Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
