Job Type: Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, resident-focused environment where your clinical expertise, leadership, and dedication to quality care are valued every day.

We are looking for nurses who are committed to providing exceptional care and improving outcomes for the residents we serve.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

  • Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document resident responses; report adverse reactions per policy

  • Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical and post-acute residents

  • Monitor and manage specialized medical equipment; interpret and document electronic health data

  • Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions

  • Perform wound care, catheter insertion, and IV therapy as needed

  • Educate residents and families on treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care needs

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

  • Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination
