Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the RolePine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. We are looking for nurses who are committed to providing exceptional care and improving outcomes for the residents we serve.
What You’ll DoCollaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document resident responses; report adverse reactions per policy
Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical and post-acute residents
Monitor and manage specialized medical equipment; interpret and document electronic health data
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
Perform wound care, catheter insertion, and IV therapy as needed
Educate residents and families on treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care needs
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination
What We’re Looking ForActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
