Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:

  • IV Infusion Therapy Expertise: Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition)
  • Sales & Business Development Mindset: Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
  • CPR Certification
  • Leadership & Management – Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
  • Care Plan Development – Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management – Experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Required)
  • Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies
