Job description

Health System is currently seeking a full time Physician to see patients at our Richmond, Indiana, Primary Care. This position will also serve as our Division Chair for Family Practice/Internal Medicine. This Physician will provide comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnoses of acute and chronic illnesses, write prescriptions and formulate treatment plans with an emphasis on health promotion, medicine, disease prevention, and disease management.
