Job Summary:
APN Consulting, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Technical PM to lead complex ServiceNow implementations. The role involves overseeing architectural decisions, managing project plans, and facilitating stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and ServiceNow Now Create methodology.
• Oversee architectural decisions, technical design, and implementation approaches to ensure scalability.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, resource allocation, and project lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation stabilization.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide regular executive reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive quality delivery via UAT and testing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of managing ServiceNow implementations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (CMDB, Service Portal, ITSM) and ITSM/ITIL processes.
• PMP or similar certification is typically required; ServiceNow certifications (CSA) are strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Agile development, hybrid project management, and SDLC.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical developers and non-technical business stakeholders.
