Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manager, Program Security/FSO to support our Mission Applications (MA) group and oversee the Security program and facility operations for our sites in Aurora, CO and King of Prussia, PA. This role reports to the ARKA Director of Security and works in close partnership with Security and Facilities teams across ARKA. As the Program Security Manager/FSO, you will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance for both facilities IAW applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, while also managing day-to-day site operations. Most importantly, you will help ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff. Our customers and MA team depend on secure, mission-ready spaces to support National Security-impacting programs. In this role, you will interact daily with leaders at all levels. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of Industrial Security experience
* Minimum of current Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance with in-scope background investigation
* CDSE FSO of Processing Facilities certification
* Industrial Security database management (Scattered Castles, DISS, NISS, etc.)
* Experience in the following areas: National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
* Independent self-starter, proactive and professional
* Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for projects in collaboration with customers, Information Technology (IT) and other functional support departments.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
