We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in ITOM and Application Cloud Configuration (ACC) to lead design and implementation efforts. The candidate will guide development teams, implement best practices, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead ServiceNow ITOM implementations, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
•    Implement and manage Application Cloud Configuration (ACC) to automate cloud and infrastructure operations.
•    Design and maintain CMDB and CSDM-aligned data models.
•    Guide the development team on platform design, integrations, and best practices.
•    Develop and review ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and integrations.
•    Implement automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
•    Ensure platform scalability, performance, and governance.
•    Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve service visibility and operational efficiency.
•    Support platform upgrades and maintain solution documentation.
Required Qualifications
•    8+ years of IT experience with 4–5 years as a ServiceNow Technical Lead
•    Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
•    Experience implementing Application Cloud Configuration (ACC)
•    Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM framework, and infrastructure discovery
•    Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools and cloud platforms
•    Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
•    ServiceNow ITOM certification
•    Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments
