Job Description:

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOMServiceMapping solutions within enterprise environments 
  • Develop and implement strategies for ServiceNow ITOM modules including Service Mapping Discovery CMDB Connected Operations Cloud Observability Governance and Cloud Insights 
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure integration and alignment of ITOM solutions with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow ITOM processes and frameworks to optimize operational efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITOM architecture and deployment
  • Analyze complex IT infrastructure and service dependencies to enhance service visibility and management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in ITOM implementations
  • Mentor and support junior team members in ServiceNow ITOM technologies and architecture principles

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Own the endtoend architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOMServiceMapping projects
