ServiceNow ITOM Consultant
  • We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to automate, optimize, and enhance infrastructure and application operations.
  • 6-10 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 4-6 years in ITOM.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Good knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM, and data modeling.
  • Experience integrating ITOM with monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, MID Server, and REST/SOAP integrations
  • Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITOM certification preferred.
  • 1. Experience in AIOps, Machine Learning, and Predictive Intelligence.
  • 2. Knowledge of DevOps integrations (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).
  • 3. ServiceNow Discovery Exposure.

Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including:
  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
