EMPLOYER: Blue Yonder, Inc.
JOB TITLE: Director II, ITG
LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ (Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US)
DUTIES: Oversee the overall direction and execution of key components of the Information Technology Group (ITG) (15%). Drive technology innovation and improvements to operational efficiency (10%). Ensure the company's technology systems and infrastructure are aligned with the needs of the business (10%). Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute technology strategies (10%). Manage relationships with key technology vendors and partners (10%). Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the company's technology systems and infrastructure (10%). Investigate and resolve technical problems, ensuring that solutions are implemented in a timely and efficient manner (5%). Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement (5%). Ensure the security and privacy of the company's systems and data (5%). Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements and identify opportunities for improvement (10%). Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on technology progress and results (10%).
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Sr. Software Engineer, Technical Architect, Applications Manager, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 10 years of experience in the following: providing information technology development leadership, formulating transformational roadmaps, and working with cross-organizational application packages; providing test management and test automation leadership; and working with Agile delivery methodologies, application and integration architecture, and data analysis architecture. Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
