Job description

We are looking for a PT Busser to join the Bistecca Italian Steakhouse to assist servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stock all service stations
  • Set up and clear tables
  • Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • Assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all equipment needed is in place to service guests
  • Perform all the duties assigned following company polices
  • Excellent customer service and professional demeanour
  • Clean and sanitize throughout the shift

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in fine dining environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of food and beverage is required. The applicant should be friendly and outgoing, showcasing strong work attics and have ability to communicate with coworkers and guests. The candidate must be able to stand for hours, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, also team player. Must have a valid Nevada Health and TAM Cards. Must be flexible to work any given shifts including holidays.
