Job description

Build Your Career With a Company That's Growing

Onesta General Contracting is looking for an experienced Tenant Improvement Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily renovation projects from bid to final walkthrough. If you're the kind of PM who takes ownership of a job site — someone subs respect, clients trust, and your team can count on — we want to talk to you.

This isn't a "manage-from-a-desk" role. You'll be hands-on, in the field, running multiple active projects at once — leading crews, subs, and clients, with a company behind you that runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): clear priorities, clear expectations, no guesswork.

Why Project Managers choose Onesta:

  • Start Strong, Finish Strong — we want PMs with a can-do attitude who get it done, not ones who watch the clock. If that's you, you'll fit right in.

  • Always Respectful, Never Toxic — no office politics, no drama, no ego trips. Just people treating each other decently and doing good work.

  • Own It, Don't Hide It — you'll be trusted to run your projects and see them through, and we back the people who take full accountability for their work — good news and bad.

  • Prepare Humbly, Perform Confidently — you'll work alongside a team that collaborates instead of competing, where asking for help isn't a weakness.

  • Honesty is in Our Name — literally. Integrity isn't a poster on the wall here; it's the standard we hold ourselves to with clients, subs, and each other.

Compensation:

$95,000 - $135,000 yearly

Responsibilities:What You'll Own
  • Run multiple commercial and multifamily tenant improvement/renovation projects simultaneously, from start to finish

  • Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control for every job you touch

  • Be the go-to contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors — the person who makes the project feel effortless for the client

  • Lead subcontractors and vendors to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality or safety

  • Keep job sites safe and compliant with OSHA and industry standards

  • Spot problems before they become expensive — schedule slips, budget overruns, scope creep — and solve them fast

  • Get in front of new work: identify opportunities, put together estimates and bids, and run the job if you win it

Qualifications:What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing commercial and/or multifamily renovation or tenant improvement construction projects

  • Solid working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction industry regulations

  • Experience with estimating, bidding, scheduling, and budget management

  • The organizational chops to run several projects and competing priorities without dropping the ball

  • Strong, clear communication — with clients, crews, and leadership alike

  • Comfort working in an active construction environment: walking/standing on job sites, climbing ladders, navigating scaffolding, wearing PPE

  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites
