Your opportunityย 

Responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all trade lifecycle processes across multiple asset classes and products including but not limited to: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, and Options. The team's remit includes Trade Capture & Matching, Settlements, and Collateral Management. The Analyst will ensure operational excellence, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

  • Perform daily functions to support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including: trade capture, matching, settlement & collateral management.ย 
  • Investigateย and resolve trade breaks,ย mismatches, settlement issues and discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with traders, brokers,ย custodiansย and internal teams for smooth processing.ย ย 
  • Identify,ย establish, and implement standard methodologiesย in regard toย trade operations.ย 
  • Ensureย timelyย andย accurateย processing of all trade-related activities,ย maintainingย high standardsย of data integrity and operational control.ย 
  • Support operational projects, including the design, testing, and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.ย 
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.ย 
  • Maintainย operational policies and procedures, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement.ย 
  • Performย additionalย duties as assigned.ย

Must have skills

  • Trade Operations Expertise: Significant experience across the full trade life cycle including trade affirmation & capture, settlement & cashflows
  • System knowledge: Knowledge of a selection of market utilities, e.g. CTM, SWIFT, CLS, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess; experience with Aladdin desirable
  • Operational Control: Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Team-Oriented and Client-Focused: A strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Compensation information

The base salary for this position is $70,000 - 80,000.00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through May 15, 2026.
