Technical Account Managers at Ambient own the customer success journey from signed contract through full operational adoption for some of the world's largest enterprises. This is a true hybrid role - equal parts customer success and technical account leadership. You're accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion, and you get there by being the trusted bridge between Ambient's AI platform and customers' security, IT, and operations teams.

Day to day, that means guiding customers through deployment and onboarding, translating technical capability into measurable operational outcomes, and keeping momentum going long after go-live. You'll build credibility with both hands-on technical users and executive stakeholders, and you'll be the one driving clarity when priorities or requirements get complicated.

The best people in this role are customer success professionals at heart - relationship-driven, outcome-obsessed, and genuinely invested in customer wins - who also have the technical curiosity to get fluent in a sophisticated, configurable platform. If you enjoy owning the full customer relationship, solving complex problems, and turning enterprise deployments into long-term business outcomes, this role offers significant visibility and ownership.

• Own customer outcomes from post-sale implementation through renewal, adoption, and expansion
• Lead customers through deployment, onboarding, testing, training, and operational rollout
• Partner with customer stakeholders across security, IT, operations, and leadership teams to define goals, success criteria, and measurable outcomes
• Develop deep proficiency in the Ambient.ai platform and help customers apply it effectively in real-world environments
• Navigate technical and operational complexity by breaking ambiguous problems into clear next steps and driving cross-functional alignment
• Build trusted relationships with both day-to-day users and executive stakeholders.
• Capture customer feedback and field insights to help shape product, process, and go-to-market improvements
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer impact and expand the partnership over time
• Travel up to 30%

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Field Engineering, or a similar role supporting complex enterprise technology
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or implementations in enterprise environments
• A strong ability to learn sophisticated, configurable technology and understand how different systems, teams, and workflows fit together
• A customer-facing style that combines structure, urgency, and relationship-building.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high degree of ownership, adaptability, and follow-through

Successful TAMs at Ambient.ai tend to have a strong balance of two capabilities:

• Comfortable going beyond surface-level product knowledge and enjoy building real technical proficiency in a complex system
• Strong account leaders who can drive action, align stakeholders, and keep customer programs moving
• Strong aptitude and interest to learn a nuanced platform, understand how it fits into a larger customer environment, and use that understanding to drive meaningful outcomes

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, security technology, or other operationally complex environments
• Exposure to networking, infrastructure, systems integration, or AI-driven products
• Experience in consulting, transformation, or other roles that required structured problem-solving and executive communication
