Job description

HarmonyTech is seeking a  IT Systems Engineer to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Experience supporting Windows Servers is preferred. The system Engineer will be responsible for supporting IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all of the client problems.

Position is available in Washington DC, requires public trust clearance, and US citizenship.

Required Skills:

  • At least 4 years of experience in system administration roles for enterprise software applications
  • Experienced with SSO implementation
  • Administration of Microsoft Windows Server 
  • Strong ability to write and manage PowerShell scripts
  • Knowledge of SolarWinds & other performance monitoring tools
  • Experience working on Agile teams

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with SQL Server Database
  • Experience implementing DevOps is highly desired
  • Federal Government consulting experience
  • Federal Government Public Trust clearance
  • System Engineer certification
