Job description

Title: Client Support Associate

Location: Loveland, CO
Pay Rate: $28 /hr on W2
Duration: 3+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide frontline technical support for enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, and business applications. This role supports both office and distribution center environments, ensuring reliable technology operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manage and document incidents and service requests using IT service management tools.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, equipment deployments, and refresh activities.
  • Assist with audio/video conferencing and meeting room technology support.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment tracking, and spare parts management.
  • Coordinate vendor repairs, maintenance activities, and hardware replacements.
  • Support operational technology needs, including printer maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Follow IT security, compliance, and change management procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong experience with Windows desktop administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware.
  • Knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to travel locally (approximately 5%) as required.
Work Environment
