They work closely with clients or internal departments to assess business needs, design appropriate IT strategies, and manage teams that deliver these solutions. Their role often includes project management, budgeting, and ensuring that IT systems align with organizational goals. An IT Solutions Manager typically bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful technology adoption.
