Job description

Robert Half is seeking a Director of Information Technology on behalf of our client near Waupaca, WI. This executive leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the organization's technology strategy while ensuring IT serves as a key driver of business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.


The Director of IT will lead technology initiatives across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and digital transformation efforts. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives and deliver measurable value across the organization.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-driven business improvements.
  • Lead enterprise application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation efforts, including automation, analytics, reporting, and emerging technologies.
  • Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing IT organization, including hiring, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
  • Prioritize and oversee the delivery of technology projects and initiatives across the organization.

What We're Looking For
